Shipping & Delivery 

All items will ship within 24 Hours (Monday - Friday). Payment cleared/received on Friday will be sent on the Next business days. Sometimes shortages may occur with products.  If there are circumstances where we do not have an item to fulfill an order, we will notify you by email by the next business day.

Standard US Shipping 

All the available items will be shipped out within 1-2 business days.

Canada

We offer shipping option to most Canadian address. Shipping rates do not include duties & taxes.  All prices are in US dollars.

Outside of the US and Canada
We ship to a large number of countries worldwide. All duties, taxes & brokerage fees are not included. All prices are in US dollars. 

 

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) back to us within 30 days. Returns are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within 30 days from delivery date.

To return your purchase, you must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). No return package will be accepted without a valid RMA number. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost if the item non-defective or undamaged. All non-defective, undamaged returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at rma@raverzpace.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
